I’m really enjoying my trip now! We spent the night at a Casino RV parking lot in Cabazon, CA just off of I-10, and when I woke up this morning the sky was blue with no clouds and the sun is shining really hard, just like summer in Salem.

The drive on Thursday was pretty awful! We had a lot of really black clouds and it poured from time to time. We drove thru Los Angeles traffic and Greg’s windshield wiper stopped working. It would get caught below the window and we would have to dive off the freeway so that I could jump out in the pouring rain and get it back up on the windshield. That was a lot of fun! I don’t know why people live this way with all of the traffic. It took us an hour to go 27 miles and that was at 9PM. Where are all these people going at 9PM on a Thursday night. I needed some valium I was such a nervous wreck!!! We made it thru though. Now it is straight on Hwy. I-10 on to Phoenix.

Well, we are off on the road again.
