No post from me yesterday out of sheer tiredness. We finally had a day in camp without either driving or going somewhere. It was nice, we slept in until 8:00. Which remeinds me. Bentley has been allowed to sleep in bed with us. He had slept in his kennel from the first night we brought him home. His breeder also kenneled the entire litter with mom so he took to it immediately. But he gets up at 5:30 to do his morning constitutional. He sleeps in now. I don’t even know he is there he is so tiny and sticks to the corner of the bed on Von’s side.

Bentley is becoming quite a good dog. If any of you have seen the TV show “The Dog Whisperper” Von is not the alpha. I’m afraid the dog probably would not even walk to get around, she would carry him everywhere. However he is so easily calm and submissive with just a “no” from me he has remained disciplined. It’s hard to do with him sometimes he is so damned cute.
