Bicycle Built For Two

I put Bentley in his basket on my bicylce today and walked him around the RV park for a while. He did pretty well, at least he didn’t freak-out and want to jump out. I need to get a harness for him so that if he does jump he won’t go very far and hurt himself. This should be a hoot, Bentley and me riding the bicycle. You know, it feels kind of good to be able to do something that you want to and be old enough to not worry about what people think about you. I know that we make quite a sight together!!

Bentley and I went out into a field behind the RV Park this morning and wandered around for about an hour and a half just looking and sniffing (Bentley did the sniffing). I took about 100 pictures of birds and just curious stuff. We had a good time just taking in the scenery.

Later in the sunshine I took out the roll-up electric keyboard that Shiela gave me for Christmas and practiced on it. I had earphones on and the neighbors were looking over at me wondering what I was doing. The roll-up electric keyboard runs on batteries and is just a flat keyboard with all the tones and functions that a full size keyboard has. I didn’t even know that they made such a thing until Shiela found it and gave it to me. It is perfect for travelling in our motor home because it is so compact. I’m having fun learning how to play it.

A nap in the afternoon and that just about covers my day in the life of retirement.
