Still Holding down the Travel Adventures here in Mesa, AZ by Von

Although Greg, Bentley and I have a side trip on our traveling adventure with Greg going back to Oregon and Bentley and I staying here in Mesa, AZ holding down the travelling spot this too is all part of being alive and being human. I have always tried to live every moment as it is given to me. I always feel like whatever I am doing it is exactly what I want to be doing at the time. Here I am, with my puppy sitting in the sunshine (no rain, yeah!) missing my Greg. Well, maybe the missing my Greg isn’t what I exactly want to be doing, but that is what life has handed me right now. I am thankful that I have Greg to miss.

I hang on to the hope that sooner or later Greg, Bentley and I will be getting back on the road and experiencing all kinds of new and wonderful things as we travel. Right now everyday here in Mesa, AZ is a gift to me and I really am enjoying the time that Bentley and I have to get closer and closer. The little guy is getting so that he can’t even let me out of his sight without going crazy. It feels good to have him adore me so. I can barely write this blog without him needing hugs from me. Glad he’s a little one, ‘cause my lap is where he wants to be. Can you imagine Great Dane? There are so many things to be thankful for and I try to remember that every minute.

Today is going to be laundry day. I better force myself to do something productive. Without someone else here with me, I have a tendancy to just sit and read. Gotta go to work now. More later.
