We’ve been hanging out at the RV park the last couple of days trying to get over a bad back. I pulled a muscle in the middle of my back and just can’t seem to get it to go away. I think it was caused by the way I lean on my cane when walking. It is not the same problem I used to have with my back before I lost all the weight. It seems to be somewhat better but I can’t sit and type without pain hence so few posts the past days.

I have been able to ride on the trainer though. It actually seems to help loosen it up. I am up to a half hour on the bicycle and the leg is getting stronger from that. If it’s not one thing it’s another I guess.

I wanted to comment on the so called “Chesapeke Primaries” though. I still have some reservations about Obama but they have been lessened by two additional things he has said in a couple of speeches.. One is the commitment he made in his speech after the Virginia victory to “universal” health care before the end of his term. I’m persuaded that even if his published plan does not address the issue for the need to include everyone at once for actuarial purposes he will adjust it. The other is a talk he gave to a church congregation. My son, Aaron provided this link. It is a long talk, 39 minutes but it has led me to believe he has a great depth of thinking and that he will listen to reason. It is well worth the time to hear the entire thing.
