It was soooo nice here yesterday that I put on a pair of shorts and sat in the sunshine and read my book. I now have a sunburn on my thighs that haven’t seen the sun for years. I don’t think that I have ever had a sunburn in February in my whole life. Living in Oregon for 42 years I didn’t think it was possible to get sunburned in February, or any month of the year except maybe August, if you’re lucky! Now I have to be careful that my virgin (ha ha) skin is not too exposed to all this wonderful sun. This is a problem that I didn’t think I would ever have to worry about. Nice thing to deal with though. All this sun does a soul good. The mood swings don’t go as low as they used to when I was in Oregon and the rain went on and on for months. I’m a happy camper!
