Laughlin by Greg

Just a quick note. We left Mesa at about 1:30 and just arrived in Laughlin. It’s almost 9. so about a 300 mile day which is a good day for us. Diesel prices are getting outrageous. $3.70 a gallon at least. I paid $3.20 the last time I fueled. Arghh. Funny, I never saw a “Welcome to Nevada” sign.

The drive through the mountains and the Joshua Tree Forest was very nice and the 6% grade downhill into Laughlin after dark gave some spectacular views of the lights.

Off to the casino!
