On leadership by Greg

I read in a novel I am currently reading that leadership consists of running fast enough to stay ahead of your followers. There’s a lot of truth to that. I would add that you need to look over your shoulder occasionally to see if they’re still back there and that you aren’t running too fast for them to keep up or that you have taken a detour they don’t want to go down.
