Eating Dirt by Von
After staying in the campground at the Head Waters of the Williamson River for 10 days and living in a lot of dust and dirt
we now are in an RV Park just outside of Klamath Falls on Highway 97. It was really nice to be alone in the campground and not have to be real sociable and worry about what the neighbors were thinking about what we were doing at the time.
But after about 10 days of no shower and all that dirt, I’m glad to be in a place with a shower, laundry and a patch of grass just outside of our door.
Bentley loves any place that we are, this is all he has known since he was born (move along and play where ever we land). He really does love the little patches of grass though when we get back to them.
He will stretch out on his belly with his little back legs sticking straight out behind him and feel that cool, refreshing grass on his belly.
It is also kinda nice to be able to have the Internet all of the time where we are sitting, but I don’t really miss it when we can’t get it. The cell phone is more of the thing that I miss. The weather has been excellent the whole time we have been in or around Klamath Falls.
However, I think it is time to get going towards the south. The weather channel is saying that next week it is going to be in the 60s.
It’s time to move on and find that 70/80 weather again.
