Biking in the desert

I did a 14 mile bike ride yesterday out in the desert around home. I thought I might be bored with these flatlands especially compared to the forested roads of Oregon but not so. I came upon this sign for Clyde City Limits. Weird cause there’s nothing here except a house on the left.
