So I talked to my brother last night and he had an interesting factoid. He lives in Springfield, Illinois and he told me he had visited the state capitol to kill some time recently. While there he went by the governor’s public office and found that the governor had purchased a giant kitschy photo of Elvis and had it hanging in the office. I tried googling to get a photo of such a thing but apparently no one in Illinois thought this to be worthy of publicity. However, it is well known that Blago is a big Elvis fan and played an Elvis song at his inauguration. I did find this photo. I think this explains his hairstyle.
