Cheyenne, WY

We escaped the rain in Rapid City by heading south and then east to Cheyenne. We got another passport stamp at the Oregon Trail landmark Scottsbluff. But we were in another tornado watch, this makes our fifth, when we got onto I-80 headed to Cheyenne. We only got a tad bit of rain on the drive although it started to rain when we reached the KOA in Cheyenne. We waited it out under the awning to the KOA store. Then went to have a dinner at the place the campground owner recommended. Yuck, he is no food critic although a nice guy.
